SalesSpark – Popups & Banners supports Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks and helps merchants honor deletion, access, redaction of customer data tied to Shopify orders where applicable, and uninstall cleanup consistent with Shopify requirements. What Gets Deleted

Depending on shop uninstallation, Shopify redact webhooks, or verified merchant requests:

• Merchant-configured banners, popup designs, timers, coupons, layouts, geo rules.
• In-app aggregated analytics keyed to merchant accounts when no longer lawful to retain.
• Webhook processing logs or operational artifacts Shopify's payloads reference for erasure workflows.
• Customer identifiers linked to Shopify customer redactions when payloads specify scope.

Some Shopify platform records may remain solely under Shopify until their processes complete; we close our App-held copies promptly after verification absent legal holds.

Shopify Mandatory Webhooks

When you distribute through Shopify Partners, Partner Dashboard webhook URLs typically match your production app hostname plus these paths:

Merchant-Initiated Requests

1. Email info@keylogicinfotech.com using the store-owner email Shopify associates with billing or support.
2. Provide your Shopify store domain (your-store.myshopify.com), the request type (data export summarization vs erasure confirmation), optionally request ticket IDs.
3. We authenticate ownership via Shopify-linked correspondence or storefront identity checks.
4. After verification we confirm completion or escalate edge cases Shopify must handle.

Uninstall Handling

Uninstalling the App triggers Shopify-managed cleanup signals; complementary App-level retention rules follow our webhook handlers and datastore policies. Cached CDN or browser copies may persist unrelated to our servers until expired.

Shoppers' Requests

Shopify typically routes consumer privacy workflows through the Shopify platform; merchants remain responsible for honoring lawful shopper instructions on storefront experiences they publish. Coordinate with Shopify admin privacy tools alongside our App data where overlap exists.

Timeline

Verified merchant requests are ordinarily handled within thirty calendar days, subject to legal holds, identity verification delays, outages, Shopify platform dependencies, fraud review, active legal process, or other exceptional circumstances requiring additional coordination time.
